We offer a refund policy that lasts for 8 days from the date of purchase. If 8 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for a refund requires that the item be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are not eligible for return. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.
We do not process returns through the manufacturer. In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted for items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, items damaged or missing parts not due to our error, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds can be checked by first checking your bank account, then contacting your credit card company, and finally your bank. If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact us at [email protected].
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are not eligible for a refund. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email us at [email protected] and send the item to our official address.
If the item was marked as a gift, a gift credit for the value of the return will be given. If the item was not marked as a gift, a refund will be given inform of gift card.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and shipping costs are non-refundable. For items over ₹ 5000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee the receipt of the returned item. The time it takes for an exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your location.
