SHIPPING POLICY

At Masterv3.com, we offer free shipping anywhere in India. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched, and an additional 8-10 days for delivery, depending on your location. Orders placed before 1 PM on business days will be shipped the same day, pending payment, security checks and stock availability. Orders placed after 1 PM will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy periods, such as holidays, shipping may be delayed. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or rural domestic addresses, which may require additional delivery time. Orders requiring customization or engraving will require an additional 10 working days to ship. If you receive a damaged package during transit, please refuse delivery and contact us for a replacement. If you receive an incorrect product, please do not open the packaging and contact us for a replacement. We will do our best to send you a new product as soon as possible
